Sinful Saturday

My Aunt, Uncle, cousin and her husband flew in from Wisconsin this morning. Me and the kids went to my mom's to hang out with them for a few hours this afternoon. It was great to see them! Especially because my cousin and her husband are expecting their first child in a few months. I am so happy for them! And I was finally able to give the first gift that I made for someone!

We all decided to go our separate ways mid-afternoon. They were tired and I had to pick Chris up from his meeting. Chris and I had discussed going out to dinner this morning and we finally decided on a restaurant - Gullifty's. Him and I used to go there quite often when we were dating because he lived nearby. For those of you not from my neck of the woods, this place has awesome food and have many award winning desserts!

I finally decided on the Prosciutto Gorgonzola Pasta, which looks something like this....

Pasta with portabella, shitaki, wild mushrooms, prosciutto, Gorgonzola, in a cream sauce. And being known for their desserts, of course I HAD to get something. And here's what I got.....

Let's just say that even with sharing with Mike, I couldn't eat the whole thing!! Full doesn't even begin to describe how I feel right about now, but it was ALL. SO. GOOD!!!!!

And now it's time to take my sinful self to the store for some hair dye. It's about that time to treat myself to something just for me!!
