Final Countdown

Final countdown

In 1.5 hours from now, school will let out for the summer. Soon I will have to double my workload. Yes, I know. 2 kids. Scary!

Little Dude does not do well with change. He can sense that things are about to take a turn 'round here. For better or worse, I'm not sure yet. He has been almost impossible to deal with this week. I'm hoping that once we get into some sort of routine, he will chill out.

I love spending time with both of my babies and I am looking forward to that over the next few months. But what you need to understand is that the relationship between those 2 can be oil and water. Some days they get along great and I am proud to be their momma. Other days, oil and water. I let them duke it out while I pretend to search the surrounding area for their mom.

If I suddenly disappear, please send in some reinforcements. Items acceptable are as follows:

A big bottle of Coke to go with a big bottle of Captains

A plane ticket to the beach. Any one will suffice

Duct tape

Until next time....

I can totally relate! This is my kiddos last day of school and it's half day. They are like Dr Jekyll and Mrs Hyde. One minute fine, the next - watch out! They are 2 years apart. Don't know it that's it, but I'm a little worried about my nerves. Haha.

okay, I should feel bad for you, but I don't have time...I know have 4 kids at home all day for 74 days straight. Yes, that is right, I am counting down the days.

I am right there with you. School here isn't out until June 25, but the dread has already started. Mine are far enough apart that is is hard to find something that will entertain all of them - though the baby just gets dragged along wherever we go, poor kid.
