It's Like Where's Waldo

Standing outside

I hear a buzz

Pesky bumble bees!

I turn to shoo it away

A bumble bee it is not

A hummingbird I have found!

We have lived in this house for close to 9 years. Not once have any of us seen a hummingbird around here. The only time we see them is when we drive 2 hours away up into the mountains to visit family.

It's like Where's Waldo!

Can you find it?

Where's Waldo

How about now?
Its little and brown

Where's Waldo

Ah! There it is!
Admiring my Impatients that are growing like a wildfire!

Hummingbird

(two toned brown guy just below the flowers)

ps. If you click on the images, you can view them bigger! Don't worry, a new window opens so you won't lose me!

I think I found it in the third picture but I am not totally sure. Those bird scare me. LOL I was by my inlaws and one came flying straight towards my head. I never ducked so fast in my life.

Very Cool! We just started getting hummingbirds around here and I am so excited about it! I planted a bunch of trees and plants that I knew specifically would attract them three years ago. =)

I love hummingbirds! They like to dive-bomb hubby while he mows the lawn. I put a feeder out by the pool so we all could admire them, but they won't come, they only like the front yard! Weirdos!

Very cool!! Buddy swears he sees hummingbirds all the time. Because I'm so slow, I'm not sure if he's pulling my leg or not.

How sweet!!! They're awfully tiny, aren't they? I have my feeder out for them but they haven't come by this year. :(

I found him in the 3rd photo. We have a hummingbird feeder at camp. They are so neat to watch. I would love for you to come read my WW post.

Oh good, that means there's hope for me yet. We haven't seen one since moving into our house 7 years ago...maybe 2 years from now they'll grow interested in my flowers and hummingbird feeders! LOL! :)
