A Few Notes From My End of the Blogosphere

History Center
I broke my glasses 2 weeks ago so this was the last thing we needed.
I'm actually STILL waiting for my new ones to come in.
It better be soon!

Anyways...

We were in line at the History Center last Saturday

*full story tomorrow ~ it's good so come back!*

when Ms. Drama Queen starts freaking the eff out!
The lens from her glasses popped out because of a loose screw
(the glasses, not me!)
The 4 of us & 2 groups behind us in line were looking all over the floor.

Nothing
Nada
Zip!

Finally we say to GG,
"Were you wearing them or holding them?'
She was holding them.

*insert puzzled looks as we continue to search*

I finally ask where she was holding them.
Her answer - under her shirt.
because she was showing her brother a magic trick.

Of course!
Why didn't we think of that?!

I lift up her shirt
lo and behold
there's her lens sticking out of the top of her shorts!

Nice magic trick little girl.
You're lucky we found it!

Treasurer
Wish me luck!
That's all I have to say about that.

Scooter injury
Not that I would ever do
something as silly as wear flip flops
and try to fold a metal scooter.
I'm just sayin'...
